qrowlocal ("the platform", "we") provides short codes for printed QR/NFC items, digital business pages, review collection, and scan analytics for local businesses. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for the people you invite (team members). Give us accurate information and keep it current. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
The text, images, logos and links you put on your pages stay yours. You give us permission to host and display them so the service works. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for what your pages say.
We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Codes are re-pointable links. We work hard to keep them resolving, but printed materials are produced by you or your sign provider - check codes before printing in volume, and test styled QR codes with a real phone.
The platform is offered on paid subscription plans, shown on our Pricing page. Each plan starts with a 30-day free trial - no card required to start, and nothing converts to paid without your explicit consent. Prices, plan allowances, and what each plan includes are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
Your codes keep working. Any short code, QR, or NFC item we made for you keeps routing forever, and you can always repoint or reuse your own code - even if your paid plan lapses. When a plan ends, your data is kept and made read-only (not deleted), and the paid tools pause until you resume a plan. "Your codes keep working" refers to routing and repointing of existing codes, not to continued access to the paid growth tools.
We improve the platform continuously and may add, change, or retire features. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties; we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You can stop using the platform anytime and ask us to delete your account and data. We may close accounts that violate these terms or that legal/technical reasons require us to.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll note the date above and flag it in the app. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
