What we collect
- Account information - business name, your name and title, email, and a securely hashed password (we can't read it).
- Page content - whatever you choose to publish: contact details, hours, links, logo, photos.
- Scan analytics - when someone opens a code we record the time, the code, QR-vs-NFC, device type, and network
address (IP). IPs are used to estimate approximate location (city level) and count unique visitors - never to identify a person.
- Customer submissions - if a visitor leaves feedback or a quote request on your page (name, contact, message),
it's delivered to you; it's your customer data, we just carry it.
- Cookies - a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run the service: resolve your codes, render your pages, show you your analytics, and send the emails you'd expect
(lead and feedback alerts, password resets). We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your data to advertise to anyone.
Third parties we rely on
- Google - business lookup (Places) and your public review page, when you connect them.
- IP geolocation - scan IPs may be looked up against a geolocation service to produce city-level stats.
- Hosting & email delivery - the infrastructure the platform runs on.
Retention & your rights
Your data stays as long as your account does. Ask us anytime to export or delete your account and its data and we will.
Visitors who submitted feedback or leads on your page should contact the business they submitted to.
Security
Passwords are hashed, access to operator tools is restricted, and reset links are single-use and short-lived.
No internet service can promise perfection - but if we ever discover a breach affecting you, we'll tell you promptly.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes meaningfully we'll update the date above and flag it in the app. Questions - contact us through
your dashboard or the address on our home page. See also our Terms of Service.
